Abhas holds a B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) with Silver medal from IIT Kanpur and MBA with distinction from INSEAD, France.He has worked at BCG, Amsterdam and Microsoft, Redmond and holds two US patents in his name. At present he is spearheading Poysha Packaging, a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging having customers spread across the globe w ith annual revenues of over INR 600 Million (USD 8.5 million). He has helped launch many innovations for the first time in India, there by improving the bottom line of the company.

Saurabh setup Pioneer Industries at Utrakhand, India, as its CEO, right after graduating with B.Tech. (Power Engineering) from NPTI, Delhi, India in 2007. As the CEO of flexible packaging firm, he has helped commission the manufacturing plant and setup the processes right from foundation. He has expanded the business over the years and currently the firm has turnover of over INR 500Milion (USD7Milion) and employs around 100 employees.
